Pellet Grilling 101

Chef Jack Carlisle will cover everything from selecting, preparing, and smoking a variety of delicious meats to baking artisan breads.

Come learn why pellet grills are taking over the back patio and cooking world. With the Camp Chef pellet grill and modular cooking system, there is nothing you can’t cook on your back patio–you can barbeque, grill, smoke, roast, sear, boil, bake, griddle, fry and more all on one unit.
