Become a Dealer

IFA’s mission is to preeminently manufacture and distribute to its chosen markets. IFA’s dealer program allows IFA to partner with qualified key dealer accounts to represent IFA and its products. Dealers must meet criteria and maintain volume levels to maintain dealership status.

Authorized IFA Feed & Fertilizer Dealer

  • (Authorized to sell IFA branded products as an authorized dealer in approved markets.)
  • Establish credit line with Intermountain Farmers Association and remain current
  • Fill out dealer application.
  • Maintain IFA Feed as primary feed line- Minimum 20 SKU’s Feed, 8 Pet, 5 Fertilizer
  • Meet annual minimum of 100 ton per year of IFA feed (5 ton per delivery)
  • Lines represented and sold by dealer in which IFA represents should be purchased from IFA Distribution. Minimum 75% overall for core IFA lines. (Bagged Feed & Fertilizer, Lawn & Garden, Farm, Fencing & Livestock Supplies, Animal Health, Pet Food & Supplies, and Twine)
  • Complete the re-sell dealer application
  • Use only approved signage- Authorized IFA Premier Dealer – (Sign # 12A)
  • Business and brand name of dealer should be the primary market name promoted in the business.
  • Maintain IFA as primary supplier on core IFA lines. (IFA Feed, IFA Fertilizer, Farm Supplies, Lawn & Garden, etc.)
  • Annual purchase minimum is $250,000 per year.
  • Attend other dealer meetings and applicable training, and shows.
  • Have a brick and mortar and suitable retail place of business with phone, forklift and e-mail
  • Maintain cleanliness, inventory and service levels at minimum standards of conduct.
  • Display the IFA products in your store

*All use of the IFA logo, brands, name, and slogans must be approved. Dealer’s primary business name should be marketed and not as IFA. Dealers may use IFA approved Dealer logo promoted as “Your Authorized IFA Independent Dealer” .

* All signage regardless of purchaser remains property of IFA. IFA reserves the right to request removal of any signs.

* IFA reserves the right to discontinue the IFA dealer program at any time or at any location.

Non IFA or IFA Branded Select Feed and Farm Supply Dealer.

  • Establish credit line with Intermountain Farmers Association
  • IFA Select minimum annual $50,000
  • Meet IFA minimum order requirements for IFA DC orders and Drop Ship (Feed/5 ton)
  • Have a brick and mortar place and suitable place of business with phone, forklift and e-mail
  • Keep a clean and orderly facility
  • Establish credit line with IFA Wholesale Distribution and remain current.
  • Use only approved signage- IFA Products SOLD HERE Sign if applicable, No use of IFA Dealer name, brand or logos in business. (sign # 12B)

 

Wholesale Account from IFA Distribution

  • Establish credit line with IFA Wholesale Distribution and remain current.
  • Have a brick and mortar place and suitable place of business with phone, forklift and e-mail
  • Meet minimum order requirements from IFADC and drop shipments.
  • Resale place of business and reselling items purchased at wholesale.
